It was an amazing place to visit to renew our Christian Faith. We spent over an hour going through the different exhibits. The statues of Christ were simple beautiful! Very affordable for the whole family. More

My husband and I were so thrilled we were able to visit this museum. It was very moving and did a wonderful job of telling the story of the life and death of Jesus. This is a must see for all! More

We were greeted by a very nice lady who explained the museum and gardens. There is a short two minute film and then you enter the museum. There are around twelve scenes of life size figures depicting the life of Christ. The stories are told, scriptures are read and beautiful Christian music is played in the background. It takes about... More

This automated, multimedia brief review of the Gospel accounts of the life of Jesus Christ is well worth an hour of time. The life size figures set in well done panoramic vignettes give a scripturally accurate Reader's Digest version of the life and works of Jesus. The lighting and piped-in narration create a reverent ambiance allowing for quite reflection on... More

THey were very snobbish to us, and weren't nice. Probably crabby because they worked on Easter. More

Every time we go to Gatlinburg, Christ in the Smokies is an attraction we always look forward to. The cost is a little bit but so worth it. You walk through room to room while the story of Christ is being shown before you. We have been able to go through before by ourselves on tour, and standing close to... More

This is a museum where you go through a series of life-size scenes of Christ's life with statues. It's done well, the statues and settings are very detailed. The narration of each scene pretty much sticks to Bible verses, probably so as not to offend anyone with interpretation. The garden at the end seems somewhat of an afterthought. It seems... More

This was "Christus Gardens" for as a long as I could remember. It was recently sold and has re-opened as Christ in the Smokes. It is really worth the visit. More

This used to be Christus Gardens (I believe). You get a walk through of scenes from Christ's life as told in the Bible. You stop at every scene and a recorded narrator describes the scene using Scripture verses. Some of the wax figures are very well done and some could use some work (for instance some of the seams in... More
