This requires a 52 mile boat ride one way to get there but it's worth it. The scenery on the lake is incredible on the ride there and back. There is a little over a mile hike from the boat dock to Rainbow Bridge but it is not a hard hike.

We took the Lake Powell Boat cruise out to this monument, and while it was a long boat ride, the views along the way were breathtaking! It seemed like a tight squeeze maneuvering our way through the canyon to the monument drop off, a short hike to the bridge itself - definitely worth it! We got some great pictures!

We had booked the Rainbow Bridge Centennial Cruise departing from Wahweap, Lake Powell. It is expensive but both the scenery on/at Lake Powell and the Rainbow Bridge are impressive.
