A section of Brooklyn that is becomming popular as it is inexpensive. It was not in very good shape when I visited but hopefully will improve with time.Alot of renovating going on. More

Walk along Bedford Ave after taking the L train. Lots of indie shops and al fresco/hippy cafes to pop in and people watch. More

If you want to be a part of the current hipsters location in NYC, then bridge or tunnel it over to Brooklyn and hit the streets. Watch out for hipster bear traps! If see a fedora, thin tie and jeggings on the ground..... Don't touch! More

Amazing neighborhood where the cool people hang out. Much better value for money in restaurants and bars... higher density of ubercool, trendy, fashionable restos and crowd than anywhere in Manhattan (or else in the USA). Great to go for drinks at night and have a walk... so much to see, extremely enjoyable and gives you the relaxed version of what... More

It is hard to keep this short because I live in Williamsburg now an there are so many unusual experiences I have had of the place that most people don't get... but as I am kind of fond of my neighbourhood I want to show it off so - -Come on by! It is safe at just about any hour.... More
