This is my first terrible rating on TripAdvisor. We made the trip from our Manhattan hotel to the Williamsburg flea. Admittedly, the weather was miserable, but as they advertise 'rain or shine' we thought we would press on. We arrived at 10am to find maybe 10 stalls setting up. We thought we must have had the time wrong and it... More

This market is great for locals, those with a car, or anyone willing to make a trip to the post office or other establishment to ship things home, however, as a girl on foot walking all over NYC and Brooklyn, it was only fun to shop with my eyes...which was torture! There were so many fantastic vintage and retro finds,... More

There are actually two locations – Fort Greene Flea on Saturdays (176 Lafayette Ave, Brooklyn) and Williamsburg Flea on Sundays (90 Kent Ave at N. 7 St.). Definitely worth a visit – just make sure you have enough room in your suitcase! About a third was vintage stalls, another third Etsy-style artists, the remainder great food carts.

I was there at Brooklyn Flea Market today. It was fun. Lot of stuff for sale. Its right next to river. I enjoyed my time at market. I got some decorative stuff for my home. I will be going there again next Sunday.

It was a bitterly cold spring afternoon when we visited the market.....but the items on display were amazing! It was a good mixture of quality antique, vintage, retro and new items, jewellery, clothing, toys.....the list goes on! And then there's the food.....the BBQ'd corn on the cob was delicious.....we wished we could have tried the huge donuts that everyone was... More

I'm looking forward to trying the Flea now that it has moved back outdoors (East River State Park), but I wanted to add another shout out for the indoor wintertime Flea in the old Savings bank. With Barclays right around the corner and tons of other shopping nearby, this is a great stop during your visit to the area. The... More

In the summer, the flea market is at the waterfront. I've never been there in the winter, but it's definitely worth the trip in nice weather! The breeze off the water is very pleasant and there's a small green space nearby. The food vendors have a wide variety of tasty items. For shopping, we especially liked the vintage eyeglasses and... Wow! The location of the Brooklyn Flea on Saturdays in wintertime is just amazing. Located in the ground and basement levels of the old Wiiliamsberg savings bank building, now called 1 Hanson Place, a fabulous Art Deco cathedral to commerce which is a stunning environment for all the crafts, vintage clothes and antiques. Stalls weave in and out where home... More

Hello. We went to Williamsburg flea market in March on Saturday. It was closed... :-( But the neighborhood is very cool. Have a walk (not before 11h) all around, lots of things to do and to see. Small shops completely different than Manhattan. Don’t’ hesitate

From my trip to this place, I got several (hopefully helpful) tips for you: #1. During winter, Brooklyn flea is held at 1 Hanson Place, which used to be a bank. Keep it mind people! So you will not have to waste your time wandering around the street of Brooklyn trying to figure out why the hell I could not... More
