The tour guide was very long winded. The " 20 minute" tour lasted 2 hours. The outside trains in the yard were fun for the children to look at on the inside and out especially the dinning car. The inside exhibit was very dissapointing with only two trolleys in the process of being restored.

The trolley ride was very good. The kids on the field trip thought it was neat. We also liked the old fashioned sodas machine in the gift shop and that we got to eat our own little tubs of ice cream with the little wooden spoons.

An experience adults and especially kids will love. The history of urban transport comes alive as you ride a piece of history through a historic city

The trolley ride is charming although brief. It actually runs on tracks and an electric wire, rather than so many that are on rubber tires now. You will even discover how the seats can be reversed when the trolley goes back the other direction. Great for all ages. The museum is tiny, located in the trolley barn, but still informational... Our only complaint was the ride wasn't long enough. Downtown eating and shopping nearby. This has alot of historical sites. Bring a sack lunch and check it out!

We recently stayed in Fort Smith and were looking for things to do to pass the time. We visited the Trolley Museum and were pleasantly surprised. The museum itself is small, but for free admission was really worth the time! It was filled with hardworking people who were really passionate about trolleys and trains. The group there was full of... More

I took my grandchildren to Fort Smith for a day vacation. It was very hot, but we took a ride on a real trolley and visited the museum, or what I think was the museum, just before the ride. Although the ride wasn't very long, it was fun and my grandchildren loved it. It's the first time they'd been on... More

The Trolly museum is great! Visit it, located downtown Ft. Smith, off Garrison Ave, you can see a lot of various trains and their workings. Ride the Trolly onto downtown Garrison, the grounds are open and you can also visit the Museum of History. You also pass Judge Parker's Courthouse, a must visit. Walk Garrison and visit the shops and... More
