Unprofessional, disorganized and possibly the worst comedy venue in the USA. no wonder they always wind up trying to give tickets away for free (2 drink min). They herd you in the lobby with a single bar. A total mess. Then they do nothing about people saving VIP seats for their buddies who didn't pay for them. Finally, they prison... More

I made a call to inquire about the service fees that you are required to pay online and a guy who claimed to be the owner was very unprofessional and rude asking me did it really matter if I had to pay an extra dollar, which the fee online stated $9 for four tickets. My thing is its not his place... More

Don't waste your money if you laugh to loud!!!! Group of 20 grown adults out for a birthday got kicked out for actually laughing to loud at the jokes. We were told to leave 20 minutes after the show started but of course we had to pay for the drinks and food we had just ordered that were not able... More

Had some friends visting me here from back home in Arizona and they said... More

This place treats it customers terrible. Everyone from the bouncers, to the waiter, to the manager has bad customer service. The placed was packed and the previous show was running late causing everyone for the 10pm show to waite 1 plus standing in line. The staff did not care, they did not attempt to apologize for the waite, they even... More

I am a regular customer at the Baltimore Comedy Factory. They always have great specials/coupons to keep you from paying a lot. You can usually see a well known headliner for under $20. Sometimes, they even let you in for free, as long as you purchase two drinks (alcohol or non). This weekend I had a party there and comedian... More

I have been to the old location a few times, but the new location is awesome. Louis Katz was hilarious. The upcoming schedule looks great, such an upgrade over the old place. More

Our friends got kicked out for laughing too laud. Are you kidding me - its a comedy factory. I will never go back. The HUGE bouncers are bullies on power trips and if you can't laugh then what's the point. Next time I will go to Magooby's. More

We were looking for something to do in Baltimore, someone gave us drink passes, so we saw an absolutely hilarious show and have 4 or 5 drinks and only spend something like $20. We will definitely be back when we are in Baltimore More
