We went there around noon and the fog hadnt quite lifted, so we werent able to see as much as we had hoped. But the 360 deg views were great. Gives you a real perspective of the city. It cost 6 or 7 dollars to get in but the baltimore.org site has a buy one get one free coupon. They... More

Enjoy Baltimore but this is,one site you don't want to miss ! Last time I was in Baltimore. I walked the city and when I went in it was not open. Upon returning to my Hotel room the Earthquake struck. So this time around I was hoping it was open and with no damage. Well worth the cost. $5 Adults... More

This is a really nice observation deck with good views of the entire city. And it's very affordable - $5 admission. Twenty-Seven stories doesn't sound like much, but for Baltimore it's sufficient. There are various displays to show what you are looking at, and other panels on various aspects of the history of the city. It's all indoors, and there... More

There is only one place to really see all of Baltimore… that’s at the Top of the World Observation Level. The world’s tallest pentagonal building is home to the only attraction in Baltimore where you can take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Charm City’s skyline, harbor and beyond. You will be inspired to see and do more, and leave... More

For a $5 adult ticket, you get a great 360-degree view of Charm City. I've been three times with out of town guests, and it's never been crowded. Take a few minutes and read the displays, and you'll get a good overall orientation to Baltimore. Definitely worth it! More

My boyfriend has been coming to the inner harbor for his whole life on family vacations, but he had never been to "the top of the world" so while on our road trip this was a great opportunity for new things...the air conditioning was wonderful, but that's about it! The windows were dirty, and and the information boards were outdated.... More

This is an okay attraction. Nothing really special about it other than it's a good way to view the city of Baltimore. More
