“Too crowded, poorly planned”

There are way too many people for this event and not enough resources. The crowds are great and the run is very scenic but I will not be participating in it again. More

The gate river run would be a beautiful and exciting run if it weren't for the hoards of people and un-organization! It is indeed the largest 15k in the USA. My 13yr old son and I had never participated in any organized run/walks, so we were THRILLED to see so many people outside their homes and businesses to cheer us on! Families on sidewalks, kids in lawn chairs, 'mature' adults and more, all to be sure that we (the walkers and runners) were spurred on to the finish line! Thank... More
