The statue was recently re-gilded. It was fabricated from the same mold as the statue in Paris by the sculptor. Joan D'Arc faces the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

You can't miss this statue as it is right across from the front steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Although the art elite / purists may decry its bling as an eyesore, it definietly stands out in blinding gold. I actually love it. It is so gold and garish that it is great.
