The history is amazing. Marta no longer performs, all though she would like to sometimes our age (hers 87) catches up to us. The murals in the opera house were all hand painted by Marta and are amazing to see.

You must make reservations whether you are planning to attend the events in the Opera House or just spend the night. The room was barely heated. The heater is very noisy. There was no hot water in the shower. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets. We were charged 20% over stated rate. Stay away!!!

This odd place is was built and painted by Marta Becket. She is unable to perform anymore but you may still get to meet her. She did all the 3-d illusion paintings in the opera house and in the connected hotel.
