Frequent service, a variety of tours, stops close to all the places you'd want to go. Just watch out for the tree branches if you sit on the right side on top. :)

I paid my money, took my "tour" which was really nothing more than a bus ride. It was a complete waste of money. I took my entire family.
The "tour guide" basically talked about his experience in Vietnam, saluted a few different buildings and flirted with the Russian girls. While somewhat entertaining, he told us very little about nyc, the...

Our tour guide's mic was all wrapped in duct tape and missed part of the tour. He had to walk around the bus and point out which building is which.
The downtown Brooklyn is pointless. We did the night tour which means we wanted to see New York in bright lights but it was finished when it was almost dark...

We booked the 48 hour tour and felt we got our moneys worth. The buses were decent and very similar to those I have riden in Boston and Chicago. We had 4 tour guides and 2 of the 3 were fantastic. The other 2.... the one didnt seem to know his stuff. He rambled a lot about every day stuff...

The tour was horrible due to the tour guide and service. First of all, it was raining, why weren't there enough ponchos for every tourist on the bus? The tour would make a big issue if you tried using the umbrella. Then the tour guide would point out different tour sights (such as Empire State Building) so many blocks (5...

The hop on hop off tour is well worth doing with excellent prices and deals. The only downside is unless you stay on for the whole tour, you will always have a different guide, some brilliant, some ok and others that can just about speak English.

The buses were decent; not like other hop-on, hop-offs I have been on in London, England, Amsterdam or Istanbul. There was only an English tour guide, but he said they are working on the whole earbud electronic tour. We had two guides and the second one was hilarious. I read some terrible reviews for these hop-on/hop-off tours in NYC and...

We purchased the 48hr tour with the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island Ferry and a Harbor tour included. We also had some problems with the speaker system, but once they got that working we heard all about the buildings, architecture, Central Park, the different neighborhoods and our tour guide even could speak German, to the tourists from Germany. He also,...

The guide is what makes or breaks your tour on this company. If this is the first time to NYC then it would be worth looking else where as the 6 different buses we where on over the weekend were not new. If it rains you are out of luck...you get wet. so make sure it is not going rain...

Longer then anticipated waits for buses. A little disorganized. Otherwise okay.
