great experience, hands down! a few clicks on their webiste and I had made reservations for myself and my wife to bike in Central Park around 6:30 p.m. great time to stroll around. It wasn't hot in the evening and the bike shop wasn't busy so the transaction was fast. The shop's staff had all the equipment and bikes ready... More
