The leading lady has appeared in over 10,000 performances, doesn't it show? Her opening lines were so gabbled as to be meaningless. It seems she wanted to get to the bar as soon as possible. It went down hill from there. Don't wear decent clothes to go, the seats are all dirty ripped and torn. Having seen the Mousetrap in... More

We had been unable to get tickets for Death of a Salesman, but wanted to see a Broadway play while we were in New York. What a mistake, should have known from the moment I sat on my seat and it broke what lay ahead. Luckily the attendance was poor so had plenty of choice for an alternative seat. The... More

My wife and I spent 80 dollars too much on this show, and that was at the half priced tkts booth!. We should have been paid to see it. Everything about it was cheap and bored (boring). From the moment the attendant at the Snapple booth yawned and said "welcome to Perfect crime" we should have known and run away... More

The selling point for this tired and convoluted play is that it is the longest running play on Broadway. SO WHAT! The lead actress has not missed more than 4 performances since 1987. This fact does not enhance her acting skills. She delivers her lines with rapid fire preoccupation and distraction. We were so confused after the first 10 minutes... More

Went to NY on a spur of the moment trip. No particular plans so went to the TKTS booth to see what shows were available. Our first choice had only single seats left so we decided to see Perfect Crime. It's been around forever and with the discount we figured, why not? It's an off-broadway show, so the theater is... I was excited to see this show because I love mysteries, and I wanted to see Richard Shoberg (who used to play Tom Cudahy on All My Children). I think all the actors did a good job, but I was really confused at the end. I was hoping my teenage son had followed it better than I had, but it... More

Play is hard to follow and even at the end our group had to convene to figure out what had happened. More

The off-Broadway theatre is small and cozy, and the cast is excellent in this mystery themed production. Great play but its not one you should go to if you aren't in the mood to pay close attention the whole time. Money saving tip: go to the TKTS office in Time Square and buy half price tickets there! Okay...it was Christmas week and we waited in line at TKTS for over 90 minutes in the rain. Our first choice sold out just before we got to the window and our second choice had obstructed view seats for over $100 a piece. In desperation, thinking that we had to select something, we hastily chose Perfect Crime. It is in... More

We had a good time . . OK, I feel asleep for a while . . . but still enjoyed figuring out the solution. The actors seemed a bit tired of it all. Pleasant way to spend $40.00, if you have to. More
