If you are in NYC in September look out for the Paragon sports warehouse sale. We bought so much kit it was crazy. Had to take a taxi back to the hotel as we couldn't carry it all.
Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Lots to choose from. Loved it.

Very poor customer service and communication.
They accepted my order with charge card payment, then canceled it without notifying me in any way. They were remarkably unapologetic when I asked what happened to my order.
Hopefully I'll get a refund.
I find the website to be complex and not intuitive.
Selection and prices are OK .

Paragon Sports is a must if you are in New York City. The store is huge and they seem to have everything you would ever need or in my case ever want. They are located in Union Square. I have never had a bad time or interaction at Paragon Sports.

Do not buy anything from them on the internet! Their return policy stated is very misleading. They will not replace a defective item but will send it to the manufacturer and you have to wait until the manufacturer decides what to do. I bought a pair of bicycle pants which fell apart after one ride. They refused to replace them...
