You'll see non-tourist neighborhoods in a relaxed manner while mingling with others from around the world in a larger group format. To experience a culture one must experience their cuisine and since New York is the world's melting pot its many cuisines is its shared culture. Food On Foot Tours takes visitors beyond the tourist attractions to the largest buffet in the world, New York. You´ll see the neighborhoods where New Yorkers live and eat. You´ll share our passion for all things New York and travel the way New Yorkers do, by subway and foot.TripAdvisor Award of Excellence Winner in both 2011 & 2012. « less

We signed up to the tour that took us around the mid 40's 9th ave area - go west food tour. Four hours later and four savoury stops and two sweat stops we were full and experienced some great cheap local eateries. Corey the guide, also gave us some ideas on other places to go, we subsequently went to two... More

We did the international food tours. The tour guide took us to the various areas in Queens. It was a great way to see something of those neighborhoods and we got some pointers on where to eat in NY. The restaurants he showed us had good food, especially considering the price. The tour was included in the New York Pass,... More

The tour was excellent, the guide was very friendly. The tour is well organized and the restaurants are noticed that the group is coming so you don´t waste to much time waiting for the food. Great food, walk and talk!

My husband and I traveled to New York after becoming engaged over Christmas. We wanted to do a food tour but they were all booked or at times we couldn't go due to our other reservations. We decided to go on the Sweets Tour. We had the best time!!! We met others from NJ, Philly, Texas, Chicago and NY all... More

Some people who take our tour just don't get it even if we explain everything over and over. As you said it's all about the food, the walk and the talk. Thank you for understanding that our tour is not only about us but it is also about you and the chance to make new friends. You made our day.. More

around 50$ is way too much for it (food is not included and another 15 - 30 $ a person, you also need metrocard) if you got nyc pass you should do it. food was ok, so not extraordinary. guide was ok. i would strongly recommend him to print his restaurant advises to a handout instead of dictating it to... Thank you for the 4 circle very good review. As you noted we take you to places you would probably not have seen on your own and you meet and mingle with others and that is a big part of the tour. The fact that you do not think our tour is worth $50 is fine and you are entitled... More

My dad and I recently took part in the Food On Foot international express tour and wow! Firstly Corey, the owner, is a fab guy who really cares about, and knows, what he's talking about. We went to Queens and as probably most of the tourists who visit NYC we wouldn't have left Manhatten if we hadn't done this tour,... More

We did this tour as it was included in the NY Pass. A bit over-organized in terms of the many, partially unnecessary rules that were put in place. And this feedback is coming from a German ;) The tour guide Corey was friendly and helpful, however you could tell he must have done this a million times. Overall a fun... More

We thank you for taking the tour and are glad you enjoyed it. We need to clarify some of your comments for those reading this. Saying the rules are unnecessary is just your opinion. It is not based in fact. Any problems we have with pass holders stems from them not reading the rules. We prefer to have everything out... More

My sister-in-law and I took the tour of the Upper East Side last week. Corey is amazing! He took us to places we would have NEVER thought to go in! He gives you a warning at the beginning of the trip to pace yourself and we paid attention to what he said and we still managed to be stuffed by... More

Two of the comments we get most often are people saying they either never would.have found a place or that they would have walked right by. One of the absolute joys of doing the tours is taking everyone to the little hole-in-the wall places. Glad you had, "So Much Fun!" More
