This synagogue is really worth a visit - the inside is absolutely beautiful. And you really feel welcome, those people are proud and happy to let you visit their temple. A great experience.

When we were visiting NY, we attended Shabbat services with our children and were amazed by the sanctuary. It was incredibly ornate. The people were very welcoming and kind even though we were obviously not members of the synagogue. I think they offer tours throughout the week, which I wish we would have done. There is a lot of history...
