If you're in NYC during the holidays, one must see is the different department store windows. In 2011, Barney's partnered with Lady Gaga, not just to dress the windows but to feature the Gaga Workshop, which filled one floor with Gaga merchandise. It's a spectacle to see, even if you don't buy anything. More
