Just like you see on the movies! Bright lights, people everywhere action, food, plenty o see and do. If you don't like crowds you may not have such a good time but it's a great way to immerse yourself in the city.

What's the point of staying in NYC if you can't pick up a 1/2 price ticket (TCKTS) and enjoy a show?

Don't buy tickets online. Last minute tickets are usually almost half the price. I watched Mary Poppins and for 80USD I sat somewhere almost to the front.
Worth every penny spent. You have to watch a musical, at the Broadway. Period.

Broadway is one of the must do things in NYC. To get the tickets, be a little planned-to to TKTS on times square at 11 AM, you will find tickets at 50% discount.

I saw this show a couple of days back at the Foxwoods Theatre when I was in NYC. Spectacular!!! Expensive at USD 90 after discount but if you are in NYC, you got to go and watch this show!
