Battery park can be seen along the highway in NYC. It's a really nice place to go rollerblading, bike riding, or to check out during your lunch break.

Lovely view of statue of liberty. Statues with names of lost soldiers very sobbering as is the 9/11 sphere.

We started at the Staten Island Ferry, then went to Battery Park, to ultimately end up at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. The park is beautifully maintained. Lots of open walkways. Great views of the Statue of Liberty as you walk along. A great place to go on a beautiful day.
