Our first Broadway production was Mamma Mia this Wednesday. It was fun, enjoyable and entertaining. The actors all did a fine job, and the costumes are creatve. The set was a little disappointing and too simple, we are going to see it in Vegas next time which I'm sure will be over the top but at least more in line... More

Great show for first timers on Broadway! The songs are great, especially if you know them, and the story is funny. More

I took my Mum to see Mamma Mia on Broadway when she was visiting me here in NYC. It was absolutely spectacular! We somehow managed to get seats in the very front row, sitting right next to the conductor who was also a stunning musician in her own right, playing the ever-familiar piano notes of the title tune with ease.... Broadway? No way! We almost fell asleep; the play was just boring and felt more like a high school play rather than a Broadway production. Yes, we love the Abba songs and already knew the storyline, but the permormances were flat and the set basic to say the least. We've been waiting for the wow moment which interestingly enough only...
