Just a fun place to hang out. Lots going on and lots to do. Parking is not easy, so take the bus or a cab if you're not into circling around and around while you miss the nice weather happening outside your windows.

Had a great time here with my 12 year old more than a year ago. The rides (bumper cars, roller coaster, and a couple others) are perfect for kids about 12-16yo. Didn't get a chance to visit the wave house and try it out but it looks fun enough to come back and try.

This is kind of like a boardwalk with rides, games and food. They have surf riding machines, a roller coaster, kid rides.

Great rides and games. Sometimes very crowded. Close to the boardwalk and the bay. It's a great place to walk.

Cool little mini carnival rides and shops and restaurants, it was fun for the kids then a 5 minute walk to the beach from there.

There is something very Americana and fantastic about a roller coaster on the beach. This one has been around for a long time, and although several times we almost lost it because of finances ("we" being the people of San Diego and the people who visit us), it was saved by a private owner and continues to operate. The shops...

It was cool riding an old wooden coaster but after that they are really short on rides and several were down when we tried them. The regular admission is far too high for such a small thing. It was a cool side thing for an afternoon as part of the go San Diego pass though.
