400 miles plus of natural scenery. Many shades of green, wild turkeys,historical markers, excellent two lane road, no trucks. Plenty of rest stops, places for picnics, motorcycle heaven.

Rented a pet friendly cabin in the park...took Popi along and she had an absolute ball. The park was clean and well maintained. Not really close to any restaurants with the exception of the lodge. We had a great time.

Simply put, you must ride the whole way, especially if your a civil war buff or just curious, many stops along the route describing the battles that took place there along with walking trails. it took us a solid week to drive it. their is many free camping spots along the route, what a treasure
