For over 30 years the comedy Shear Madness has been entertaining Boston audiences and it hit its mark for almost a full house the night we saw the show. By intermission the audience is clearly an important part of the Madness, and the actors were so very adapt at involving them in the humor and mystery of this clever comedy.... More

We went to this having bought halfprice tickets from the Bostix. So not really knowing what to expect. what we saw was a very funny play with audience participation. It's all about a murder in a hair salon. Theatre was small and we sat at a table against the wall but still had a good view. More

Shear Madnes has been running in Boston for over 30 years - because it's so funny! If you are looking for a fun, low-key night on the town Shear Madness is the place to go. And tickets can be found at a great discounted price though Bostix. More

I realise not all sense of humour is the same for all, but after the rave reviews I read I was expectanting a bit more. There were some cheap laughs, and that was about all. I am a huge comedy fan, but this was not my cup of tea, and not funny. More

We attended this show on a recent trip to Boston and definitely had a good time. It was fun and silly as well as interactive with the audience. Although a little bit risque at time (language wise), it was witty and funny as well as up to date in content. The bar in the back of the room and casual... More

Recently attended an afternoon performance of Shear Madness. Arrived early to pick up our tickets that were reserved at the box office. Got a discount using our AAA card. No problem picking up the tickets and we were told we could wait in the lounge until the theater opened at 2:30 p.m. Drinks were good and before we knew it... More

My roommate and I wanted to try something new in Boston that we haven't been to so we decided to go to this show. The theater is small and intimate which is great and the show was entertaining. More

It was a fun filled evening of entertainment. We like the small crowd and that the audience was involved in the program. We visited with two teenagers and we all had a great time...lots of laughter! This would be great for a couple or larger group as well. More

This was probably the best comedic show I've seen. It had me laughing the whole time, and very action packed, you didn't want to miss a thing of this. The only negative is we had a bit of a view obstruction, but we did get our tickets very last minute. More
