I recently went to The Fours prior to a Celtics game. The establishment was recommended by a colleague of mine. We were going to meet up with friends at the restaurant and we arrived before our friends. We were two families, one party of five and another of three, for a total of eight. We did not think it would... More

My wife and stopped in to The Fours after a Boston Bruins game and I thought that it was a great way to end the evening. This establishment was recently named the top sports bar in the country by sports illustrated and it deserves that award (though Chickie and Pete's in Philly is right there). This place has been around... More

There is nothing wrong with The Fours, and I would say that had I gone there for the football with some friends I would rate this much higher. However with two young(ish) kids it was perfectly average. The food was fine, drink was good, but not the most child friendly establishement in Boston. More

An awesome atmosphere, very cool memorabilia on the walls, tons of TVs. Appetizers are huge - we got one each as a starter and it ended up being dinner! Great value. More

We visited The Fours after a Red Sox game and it was exactly what you'd be looking for if you want authentic Boston sports bar. Great views of the games, great service, we only had chili and it was excellent. It was the perfect nightcap. More

The food was okay, got to watch the Bruins game while I ate. My problem is that they advertise that they have tons of screens and show lots of games but while I was there the only things airing were the Bruins game, Celtics game, and ESPN, and when the Bruins game was over they switched all those tvs to... Location is perfect if you're going to the TD Garden Arena. We stopped here for some beers and an appetizer. I enjoyed everything and thought the service was good. More

A sports bar should not be pretentious nor should it be anything but sports-specific. It should have decent food, a good beer selection, lots of memorabilia and TV's everywhere. The Fours nails this. And more. I am a regular there. I'm there before just about every Bruins home game and make appearances throughout the year. I have to admit, I... More

The food was okay-not terrible but very average. The problem was the service. Myself and four other women ate here after a BankNorthGarden event. We all could not believe how rude the waitress was. She got very annoyed whenever we asked her anything. I would never come back here agian. More
