I was searching Tripadvisor specifically for photo ops in Boston and ran across the "Photowalks of Boston" tour company. Am I glad I did! I couldn't make any of the regularly scheduled tours due to our calendar of events so I emailed Saba and asked her if it would be possible to arrainge for a tour at a non-schduled time.... More

I really enjoyed the photo tour of Beacon Hill! Saba was fantastic! She helped me learn things about my camera and I was Beacon Hill from a totally new perspective. I went when it was raining and was able to get some really fantastic photos. It helped me take those skills and apply them on other trips. Saba was patient... More

We booked our tour and ended up being the only two on the tour on a cold Boston morning. We learned a lot about the history of Beacon Hill and ended up with some amazing photos with a perspective that I would have never thought to use before. More

We attend the Photo walk tour of the freedom trail on 1-1-12 and were graced with very good weather for Boston in January. I am the photo buff in the family and had a Canon SLR and my wife had a Zoom Sony point and shoot. Both of us ended up taking striking photos with the help of the guide... More

One of the best things that I have done while in Boston. The walk was great, very informative of history, and I learned to do a few neat things with my camera. My brother has the big SLR with all the fancy lenses. I have a nice Canon Point & Shoot. The tour made us both happy and involved. More

I went on the Beacon Hill Photowalks tour this morning with my high school aged daughter. Both of us are amateur photographers but were interested in learning more. The tour was excellent and exceeded our expectations. First, the tour guide Saba was outstanding. My daughter and I remarked several times to each other that she has the perfect personality for... Saba is so pleasant, and so informative about Boston (we took the Freedom Trail tour) as well as being quite knowledgeable and creative about picture taking. The tour was relaxing, and we found it to be a nice way to reacquaint ourselves with this great city of ours. More

We took Saba's tour in the Public Gardens and also Beacon Hill. One tour we took was in June 2011 and the other October 2011. They were both interesting. I preferred the Beacon Hill tour because the homes are just beautiful. Saba is very knowledgeable about how to best use the camera and how to take some very interesting shots.... More

The tour is led by a lovely lady called Saba, who provided great photo tips and pointed out the best angles from which to photograph this great city.I took the freedom trail walk and altough the other 8 people on the trip were all in couples this wasn't an issue as all the time you are on the walk you are... I love taking photos and thought this would be a nice way to take some nice pics in my home town and possibly learn a few tips along the way. As a reference, I would say that my photography "skill level" is ~intermediate. I currently have a typical Nikon Cool Pics digital camera...nothing super fancy. (participants had a variety of...
