This is "the" sight in Asheville, but, even if you've seen it, the holiday season is a completely different experience. If you can be in the area between early November and New Year's Day, do yourself a favor and see Biltmore at Christmas. They also have a hotel, a farm, Segway trails, horseback riding, several kinds of restaurants, and special... More

A visit to the Biltmore Estate should be on everyone's bucket list. It is a gorgeous piece of American history. From the entry gate, you know you are entering a special place. The drive throughout the estate is beautiful. The attention to detail in maintaining the grounds is staggering. The lawns are perfectly manicured, the trails well maintained, and the... More

What can I say? Any architecture buff will already know that this brilliant riff on a French chateau is well worth a visit, even if just to see the facade and it's remarkable staircase. Go awreddy!

I have had a year pass for about 4 years now... try to go every month, at least once. I cannot say enough about the House, gardens, restaurants, ponds. I am thankful it can be shared with us everyday folks!

Biltmore is the biggest house in america built by jorge vanderbilt. I love the tours inside the house where you can see the old but classy house from its decades but unfortunately taking pictures were not allowed. Inside the house we can see the library of vanderbilt's with more than 2500 books, old storage area, swimming pools, painting, and many... More

This is opulence at its ultimate. A massive estate with beautiful gardens, wine shop, retail etc, but the highlight is undoubtedly the fantastic Biltmore house, a must-see if you are in the Asheville area.

It was even more spectacular than we expected. The splendor of the house and the gardens is unimaginable so seeing them in real life is hard to comprehend. The so-called robber-baron age left us with fabulous reminders of America's "royalty."

We spent over six hours touring the Biltmore Estate and would recommend that anyone visiting Asheville be sure to see it.
