I have to say the other review is completely erroneous. Now one would think that's how Rolo would be, with their uber-trendy and uber-expensive clothes and swanky store; but they're actually very friendly and low-pressure. They'll run in the back to grab a different size, or will give you an honest opinion of how it looks on you. I would... More

The Rolo stores seem to pride themselves on their trendy, cutting-edge clothes. However, to achieve this they seemed to have neglected customer service. Most of the salespeople are downright rude and would rather talk to their co-workers than help the customers. Unless, of course, you are dressed to the nines and look like you are about to seriously throw down... More
