We have gone to Biscuits and Blues five times now and loved it every time. The entertainment is always good and the food is excellent. Be sure and try the sweet potato fries! This jazz/blues club is centrally located in the Union Square area and provides an intimate setting. More

I don't understand some of the reviews. You're in the center of San Francisco whining about paying $35 (top dollar, bwahahaha) to take in a show and then you're surprised you gotta clear out for the second show? For one, that's not always the case. Only on certain days and special events, and that goes without saying. The food is... More

I have come here for years and have never had a bad experience. Last night I went to see Kim Wilson play with a couple of friends. From being greeted at the door, to the waitress who sat us, to the servers and bussers... I have no complaints about anyone on this property. The Bluesmopolitan is to die for, but... More

We had the advantage of staying nearby at The Diva Hotel so it was walking distance to the Biscuits and Blues. We made a booking for the second show in the basement and it delivered. Chris Cain was the blues entertainer that evening and it was great! We could enjoy the live music over drinks and even ordered a meal.... More

We wanted to see some live music whilst on holiday and took a chance on Shane Dwight at Biscuits & Blues. Real good atmosphere all that was missing was the smoke and that's banned now, music was great with Shane layin it out. Night was spoiled by really poor food at a ridiculous price given the cover charge, the only... More

We were pleasantly surprised with Biscuit and Blues. We were in the upstairs Union Room to see P A Slim, who was great! On top of the fantastic live music the food was a great selection of home cooked grub! I would recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Jambalaya! Prices were very reasonable and the live entertainment made the... More

I'll have to say that I have never felt ripped off going to a blues show, until now. No where in their web site did it say that this was one set only for Charlie Musselwhite. I paid top dollar, $35 per person cover charge to see a headliner. He came on and did a 55 minute set. I was... More

In town from So Cal, decided to check out B&B especially since a band I was interested in seeing was playing. Not familiar with the club, I ended up upstairs not aware that there is another basement room for entertainment. Unfortunately, the band I came to see was playing downstairs. The upstairs band was well into their set, & me... More

We had such a great night in San Francisco on Cinco de Mayo - mainly down to this restaurant. The lady on the desk was a little brusque, and $15 each to get in stung a little, but what a great night. We had two bottles of the Sauvignon Blanc (very good), pulled pork (really, really lovely) and seabass (expensive,... More
