Love this beach but beware of waves in December. Water is rougher in ths month and the wavesbreak very close to shore. I was knocked down and had to be helped to my feet after rolling in the surf. I was lucky though cause the guy standing next to me got a separated shoulder from the same wave.

We were very close to this beach and enjoyed going there. Always was able to find a parking place if we wanted. Enjoyed people watching and jumping around in the surf. Suppose to have decent snorkeling between I and II, but didn't ever get around to trying it. Trees above the beach with tables, and some great eating places across... More

Easy access to beach. You can park in the Denny's lot if you don't find parking. Fred's Mexican Restaurant is right across the street and it's a nice beach to walk at night.

This is a wonderful beach for anyone who has young kids! The waves are generally small but they can still have some fun in them. We found ourselves at this beach more this time than our last trip because my sister and her hubby had a condo across the street from this beach. Lots of people come out from the... More

If your hotel or condo is close, walk it if you can. parking is limited and fills up fast. You can walk thru to kamaole I and III easily. good for a paddle, entry level snorkeling, sunning yourself or just a dip in the water. good for all ages. clean and has facilities
