I love this place and cannot tell you how many times I've been there I think I could give the tour. The tour guides are the best and most knowledgable of all the garden tours. We've even had the pleasure of having Mrs. Doty give us a tour years ago. Don't miss this beautiful location by the sea, the gardens... More

240 Acre Botanical Gardens and 90 large bronze sculptures. It is a nature tour and art tour in one. Most remarkable and beautiful. Excellent variety of guided tours to meet different interests - Tours are from 1.5 hours to 5 hours. You will be happy you took the time, paid the fee and supported the vision for others to enjoy.

The two guides who conducted our tour of the botanical and sculpture gardens extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic They seemed to really love their jobs, which made our visit all the more enjoyable. The whole park reflected that this work has been a labor of love for those involved. A special highlight for us was the albatross nesting area. We also... More

We took two tours here -- the 1.5 hour walk through the 11 original acres of gardens and 3 hour 'stroll and ride' tour. I think there are at least three other types of tours on offer -- including one that is designed for children. We watched part of two of those child-centered tours and it looked like the children... A nonprofit sanctuary run mostly by volunteers. Recently opened to the public for guided tours only. A must see if you enjoy rare plants, birds and other tropical wildlife. Went on the bird watching tour today and saw and photographed rare nesting and courting Albatross. Also saw whales breeching from the same observation platform. Walked a hidden beach and collected... 60,000 trees, more than a hundred sculptures and 2 dozen albatrosses with unbelievable views were a highlight of our vacation. The guides, Dick and Georgia, were most knowledgable and friendly on our titular 3 hour wild and formal garden stroll and ride that lasted almost 4 1/2 hours. At $50/head it is expensive but worth it.

It really is amazing with what they have done with the property. Whatever the season, expect to be entranced as you tour our gardens, by foot or on board one of our covered, motorized carriages. Na ‘Āina Kai offers only guided tours which are conducted by knowledgeable volunteer docents. Depending upon the tour you choose, you will travel to one... More

For $50.00 for the tram tour we were expecting a little more. The first part went too slow. The albatross were nice but it seemed to take a very long time to get to the pretty parts. Overall not worth the time and money. In all fairness had it been much less expensive and shorter we probably would have been... More

Everyone talks about the flowers, the trees, the sculptures, the staff - all wonderful. We took the tram tour and when we stopped there was a "feeling" of being somewhere almost sacred. The care and concern that went into the formation of these gardens is an act of love and sharing. Joyce loves to collect sculptures and some of them... More

I never would have gone on the tour had it not been mentioned by a family member that had done it before and loved it. 4 of us took the riding tour. We saw all kinds of beautiful trees, flowers, albatross with a chick, beautiful bronze statues. Diane was our fantastic guide (on the cart) They have beautiful items in... More
