If this is the same luau at the Marriott, it's worth every penny especially if you've never been to one and if you have kids on vacation. Great time. Great food. Open bar, etc. a bit spendy, but no more than a dinner at Ruth's Chris or some other fancy place in Waikaloa. More

The entertainment was very well done. The food was good but not exceptional. Venue was acceptable but would have preferred it if we were actually on the beach. All in all we had an enjoyable evening. More

First come first serve so you have to get in line early. Not on a beach, small stage. The other luau's I have been to have been much more entertaining. Not the best and the food wasn't that great. My kids enjoyed it. More

They ran out of the roasted pig 2 tables of guests before the end of the line and the Parker Ranch ribs were literally bones with no meat remaining in congealing fat.
