The staff was very helpful for us first time segway people. She had us up and running in no time and we had a great experience exploring the grounds and being introduced to the tree, flower and fruit specimens.

After trying three different times, we were finally able to go on the segway tour. They are located on the rainy side of the island and we wanted a sunny day or at least not a wet day to go on the tour. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Kika in the front office welcomes you and makes you... More

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon recently segwaying at "Segway of Hawaii at Botanical World Adventures".We had Jen as our guide and she was wonderful. We learned so much about the native and non-native plants/trees from her. We got to sample some of the fruits from the trees. Mastering the segway was, of course, the first step. She... More

Interesting way to go thru the gardens and forest. We did the 90 mins tour. 30 is too short. 60 min would be sufficient to see all. Drive the segway is eady and Very cool. We All enjoyed it .

We got a groupon for a short tour and pass to the garden. We were given instructions on how to use the segways and it was easier for us because we had already gone on a segway tour at Getteysburgh, PA. The woman leading the tour was very friendly and loved zipping around the garden. She stoped at a tree... More

Guide was uninformed about plant life on property Segways were on just grassy surface and had a long drive down a regular road to a cemetery and then down a small hill to look at a waterfall on a roadway we could've seen anyway. We have had the opportunity to ride Segways before but this time even though it was... More

We started the afternoon with training in a protected area where there is no traffic. This is our 3rd Segway tour one previously in Oahu and the other in Paris, I always feel nervous but Jannille made sure we where relaxed before she took us on the road. The tour was very informative , we sampled some of the local... More

This was our first time on a Segway. The staff was great and took their time to make sure we were comfortable before we actually started. I am not very coordinated and was surprised how easy it was. The Gardens were pretty and our guide informative. It did rain so I recommend a poncho and bug spray.

This was a great adventure for my husband and myself. We spent some time on Oahu as well and that was not what we were looking for in a vacation. We first encountered Segways in Waikiki, and I was personally disgusted with the machines and how they zoomed around. On the sidewalks they were rude and forced their way through... More

We arrived at 2pm and were told we missed our slot. Our travel agent messed up our reservation but they were kind enough to put us on the next tour that was more expensive, for no extra cost. We immediately fell in love with the Segways and had a blast riding around the gardens with a great host, Dr Lanny.... More
