We stopped by after visiting Pu'uhonua o Honaunau. Staff is very courteous and informative. Staff handed out samples of chocolate covered coffee beans and Mac nuts. Great place to take in some coffee samples and learn how Kona Coffee is processed.

After winding our way through some residential roads, we stopped at the Kona Pacific Farmers Cooperative. As the other reviews have mentioned, this place gives out tons of free samples of macadamia nuts, coffees, and locally grown fruit. I got really full just from the samples. The products are pricey and you can get many of the items in tourist...

A friend recommended this place to us and it was worth the drive. We were offered samples of coffee, raw macadamia nuts, roasted macadamia nuts, milk chocolate covered macadamia nuts, and my favorite - dark chocolate with rock salt covered macadamia nuts. It's a great way to support the local farm community, but a bit pricier. Well worth it though.
We had a quick stop here to sample coffee but were delighted to also be offered samples of fresh fruits, baked goods, and lots and lots of chocolates! The coffee here is of high quality and the number of snacks available is enormous. Also a good place to pick up unusual tropical fruits and gigantic avocados.
We went here as the ending to our kayaking trip with Bari of Hawaii Pack and Paddle (highly recommend, btw). We were treated to unlimited coffee samples, as well as had some of their yummy ice cream. The ladies there gave us fruit samples and macadamia nut samples and invited us to tour their orchard of interesting fruit trees behind...

We loved all the home style baked goods and Kona Coffee samples. Tried some unique tropical fruit and then saw how it looked growing. The Marmalade is the real deal. Get Some!
Good service. Good place for souvenirs. Great ice cream!
Interesting garden of strange and wonderful fruit to tour at the back of the property.
They offer tours to learn about coffee roasting. There is also free coffee sampling.
On our way back from sea kayaking at Kealakekua Bay, we stopped by the Kona Pacific Farmers Cooperative for a pick-me-up. The free samples of coffee were great, but the real gems were the coffee ice cream and the "troasted" (double-roasted) macadamia nuts. We picked up three bags of those and they were gone before the end of our trip....
