We took the full lake tour which takes you all the way around the lake. It's a great way to see all of the houses without walking the 26 miles around the lake. A bit overpriced but still enjoyable.

Try to join the "mail run" trip! Fun to watch local youth deliver mail to docks- while th boat keeps moving :) Nice architectural tour with a LOT of Lake Geneva and Chicago history!

PROS: Beautiful views of the lakeside mansions. Fresh air and interesting facts during the tour. There are other types of tours available- like the mail route tour and ice cream social.
CONS: Expensive fees. Children will become bored as it is an hour tour.

Finding the boat tour was a little tricky because "Lake Geneva Cruise Line" isn't visible until
you get behind the Riviera Building and see it on the Ticket booth. I'd recommend it, but feel like it is overpriced. Only did it because of a special occasion and had a Living Social Deal.

The Fall Colors when at their peak are spectacular and you can even throw in a super meal!! We experienced the Sunday Brunch, Luncheon , Dinner , Ice Cream and even...

We made reservations for the mail boat by phone and took the tour today. Arrived at 9 when the ticket booth opened and had a pleasant time waiting for the boat to open for seating at 9:30. Talked to others in line who had taken the tour before. We sat in the upper deck because we were more interested in...

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the two plus hours we spent about the US Mailboat lake cruise in Lake Geneva, WI. It was totally amazing watching the mail delivery girl jump from dock to boat and inbetween delivery and pickup mail from dockside mailboxes. The narrative the accompanied the action was very informational and entertaining. Agree with others that all the...

Some tips:
1. Sit on upper deck on the right side if you want sun or in the center since all of the sights are on the right.
2. They have both a...

My wife and I had a great time on the Lake Geneva Cruise Line to Black Point Estate on August 20th 2011. Captain John was extremely interesting and entertaining on our relaxing cruise to the mansion. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs (all 120) but there are places to rest along the way if if starts...
