If you have interest in the Mothman legend this is the place to visit. And if you don't have an interest in the Mothman legend you will once you visit. So much to see and take in. My favorite was seeing the handwritten accounts of the witnesses. Super friendly staff and easy to find. A very pleasant town to visit! More

I took my family here for a bit of unusual WV culture, and we learned so much more. We visited Pt. Pleasant specifically to visit this attraction. We missed the hours it was open. It does not open until noon and closes at five. If you wish to visit here, plan accordingly. I do not think it is open on weekends. More

The Mothman Museum is what you might expect if your geeky sibling who believes in UFO's (obviously in Pt.Pleasant it is MOTHMEN) were to be given a space to "exhibit" their collection.
