After a day on the road, this is a great park for taking a walk, enjoying the greenery, meandering along the river and falls, and using the park as an entry into the shopping and dining of downtown. Skip the skyride and take a walk to the lower falls - very impressive!

While we stayed in Spokane for a long weekend, we took our grandson to skateboard in the park and it was such fun for him and us! The park isn't huge, but large enough that a couple like us can walk and enjoy the geese and for a 14 year old boy, could skate and explore without bothering anyone. The... More

The park has several attractions like a gondola ride over the falls, an IMAX theater, a carousel and other rides. The park sculptures also make for some fun photos. They have a snacks and combo ticket pricing available, be sure to show your AAA card.

I walked around the park every morning early because I was still on east coast time. Lots of trees. There were early morning joggers out so I felt safe. Take a walk deeper into the park and look at the river cascading over the rocks. It is a tranquil site.

Park is nicely maintained and the falls were great to view. The water was high and cascading due to the snow melt off.

This was a nice surprise for us. We stayed at Doubletree Hotel hanging out for a surprise visit to our son's graduation from Spokane Reserve Police Academy. We had an afternoon to kill so we wandered the park and riverside trails. The views are fantastic. We visited Niagara Falls last year and due to the close proximity the trails and... More

I consider much of Spokane to be a dive, but staying one of the hotels near this park is great. It's a beautiful park with great running/walking/riding trails and scenic views of the river and falls. In the summer there are great activities for the family like a carousel, IMAX theater and playground. Don't miss the giant red wagon slide,... More

A remnant of the World's Fair, it is a beautiful park with tall trees, wandering sidewalks perfect for strolling or biking, and a fabulous rushing river runs through it. Kids can ride rides, seniors can sit quietly on a bench. We could have stayed all day recalling that visit many decades ago when it was the fair.

Lots to do with kids. The Big Red Wagon, the Gondola over the river, the train ride in the park, Imax theatre, the list just goes on.

Absolutely spectacular scenery, The spokane falls must be seen during the spring thaw. The park is full of ammenities including gondula's over the falls, I-Max theater, a 100 year old carosell, a amusement park and a great splash pad. Make sure to spend the time to see the whole park.
