Tulip Town is absolutely beautiful! Acres and acres of tulips in every color are a feast for the eyes! This was my first time seeing the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and I was not disappointed. There were SO many people there, but the weather was very nice and it was on a weekend, so I shouldn't have been so surprised.... More

Wow, feeling glad to write a review for this wonderful land of tulips (esp yellow color, so bright and glitter) Yes its a must go vacation place during the sunny day. Traffic management is really appreciable as it is going to be high during weekends for sure. Lot of people join to visit the place. Its a one day view-able... More

This review is for the whole Skagit Valley tulip festival, which runs the entire month of April each year. The tulips are grown for their bulbs, most of which are exported to Holland, where they are re-sold as "Dutch tulips". The fields are planted in acre and half-acre swatches of single colors, and are scattered across most of the lower... More

I heard from a friend about this Tulip Festival/Town and when I visited it to visit it last April 20, I really enjoyed it. Awesome! Like an hour away from Seattle, the place is easy to find but you need to be patient with the traffic once you entered the town. Coming from NY and it was saturday, it was... More

We were directed into the parking lot by very friendly attendants. The walked a short distance to the entrace. Entry was $5 per person. We entered the gift shop and food area 1st but there was a display area. Every variety and color of tulip was displayed there in large bouquets. It was nice to see the names and in... More

We visited the tulip fields on a rainy Saturday. We waited in the car until the rain stop in the afternoon. There weren’t too many people and there were parking in front of the tulip fields. There were people directing traffic and parking, very organized. Admission is $5. Due to the rain, the tulip fields were very muddy, slippery with... More

Tulip Town costs $5 to enter. The tulip fields are the best part, of course. Parking is easy, too. The indoor garden looks like a funeral home, but the little gift shop has unique items to sell. They had food, but we didn't eat. It was "touristy", but we new it would be.

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but no words are enough to describe the pure wonder and splendor of seeing hundreds of thousands of colorful tulips in full bloom all in one place. Truly, you just have to be there to experience this wonderful place. Well worth the long drive and the $5.00 per adult charge.
