Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Passing through Leavenworth we stopped for a wine tasting. The small and intimate room was full of wine-bibbers having a good time. Lots of laughing to join. We sampled the wine and very much enjoyed the cab and the Boss Lady Syrah.

Our group of women had a blast tasting wines here. Lisa was fun and knew what she was talking about and I think we stuck around so long as much because of the atmosphere she created as we did for the wines.

This tasting room is designed for enjoyment and getting to know what you will buy. The tasting fee was low and redeemable. I focused on the reds here and our pourer was liberal with comparison tests; that's how it should be done. I bought a 2014 Boss Lady ($24), 2014 Fair Market Red ($15). Good price, good red wines. Definitely stop in here and enjoy the experience!

We had a Groupon to visit 4 wineries and this was definitely one of our favorites! Lisa was great, the wine was fantastic. Generous servings. Will definitely come back next time!

Stemilt tasting room was recommended by a local resident and it did not disappoint. I especially liked their membership pricing.

This was one of my favorite stops on our wine tour... the backstory for this Winery is very interesting... not to mention that they have some of the best wine... we came home with a case of merlot. They have one of the best views of the river in town.

We were just walking along Main street in Leavenworth and saw a sign for this winery so we figured why not check it out. I am sooo glad we did, ended up leaving with almost a full case of wine! Salvador was such a great host. He explained all the wines perfectly and even let us try some of the 2012 wines they had (that were delicious by the way...I highly recommend buying those! Theres a smokey hint in it from the fires that year)

If you're in Leavenworth you MUST go here!

This was our last stop visiting tasting rooms as it is at the very end of the main drag. We wandered in to check out what they have. The tasting fee is nominal at $5, and waived with purchase. As it was a slower day, a Tuesday, we stuck around and tasted all the wines they had open, reds, whites and rose. You can tell it's a smaller winery that love is put into. They have crackers and water to cleanse between wines, which is a great perk. Our hostess was super sweet and gave us the family history, which is interesting and it's done in a cute way as the wines are named after family members. I highly recommend checking out when in the area.

First visit was July 2016; 11 months later we visited again and still LOVE this place.

It's not in the crowded town tasting area so many people don't make it to this gem. You are missing out. There is history and a story behind every bottle label and name; it's worth the stop and time to hear about the family winery. The $5 tasting fee is nominal and waived if you purchase a bottle to go. The pours are generous and you won't find another stop in town that matches them. Friendly knowledgeable staff who makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Lisa took GREAT care of us and she'll do the same for you. Use Gustav's as the landmark to locate Stemilt's (diagonal across the street) and sample their wines, you won't be disappointed. They have a unique wine experience in a busy market.
