The trails were well maintained with really good views, but the trail markings were extremely confusing. It's very easy to get lost even with every trail split being marked. We went outside of clamming season as well, so can't speak to that experience. If you're a clammer, please disregard this review as it seems to be a popular activity there. More

This is my favorite state park, and I've been to many. The trails are fantastic for hiking and observing bald eagles.
