It is newer and modern but has lost the charm of the old pottery. Limited selection and it seems to be high end. More

I visited this for the 1st time with my friend who hadn't been there in the last 4 years. He raved about the pottery and wanted me to see it! The outside had changed so much that he refused to turn at the sign for Williamsburg Pottery, believing it to be a mall! A very small window inside showed unpainted... More

Beautiful new building but very disappointing merchandise. I expected lots of wonderful pottery but saw just a very little bit. Nice gourmet grocery store but expensive. Huge wine selection but expensive. When I go to a pottery factory, I want to see pottery. More

The Pottery Factory is very nice, but I miss some of the clutter which others might refer to as junk. I like looking through the clutter. That was always part of the fun. More

I was very disappointed to see the new pottery. Nice buildings but a whole lot of nothing. You could find anything at the old site and I mean anything. Rows and rows of actual "pottery" outside. Beautiful garden pots, garden statues and just about anything else. Inside the buildings you could find some nice items at reasonable prices. It was... More

Seemed more like a veeerryyyyy spread out department store. I expected pottery, maybe artisans, maybe some hand made works. not "made in china." More

My wife and I returned to the recently reopened Pottery Factory hoping that it was the same pottery factory that we loved. Unfortunately, it was not. It used to be a one of a kind place that people came back to over and over but now it is like hundreds of other stores. Just not the same unique place it... More

First day on vacation saw signs for the Williamsburg Pottery which we had visited many years before. Thought it would be a good way to spend some time before dinner. In our last visit it consisted of rows of old dilapidated factory building filled with various finds from pottery to crafts, including a Pfaltzgraff factory outlet. We were surprised to... More

It's a shame that only negative people post comments, nobody ever seems to post good reviews for any place. The new pottery is a new and fresh thing added to the Williamsburg area. Griping about the old pottery with newspapers and old dirty merchandise it just ridiculous. Why would a place like that be around in today's day and age?... More
