It is newer and modern but has lost the charm of the old pottery. Limited selection and it seems to be high end.

I visited this for the 1st time with my friend who hadn't been there in the last 4 years. He raved about the pottery and wanted me to see it! The outside had changed so much that he refused to turn at the sign for Williamsburg Pottery, believing it to be a mall! A very small window inside showed unpainted...

Beautiful new building but very disappointing merchandise. I expected lots of wonderful pottery but saw just a very little bit. Nice gourmet grocery store but expensive. Huge wine selection but expensive. When I go to a pottery factory, I want to see pottery.

In our last visit it consisted of rows of old dilapidated factory building filled with various finds from pottery to crafts, including a Pfaltzgraff factory outlet.
We were surprised to...

It's a shame that only negative people post comments, nobody ever seems to post good reviews for any place. The new pottery is a new and fresh thing added to the Williamsburg area. Griping about the old pottery with newspapers and old dirty merchandise it just ridiculous. Why would a place like that be around in today's day and age?...
