Sailed to Culebrita on the first day of our vacation. Great way to begin to relax. The ride to Culebrita was beautiful. Dan is knowledgable and pointed out things of interest along the way. Let my daughter help sail the boat. Really made us feel comfortable, even reminding us to put on lotion frequently, providing an underwater camera and snorkels... More

A few friends & I were on a sailing charter in the SVI's. The dinghy that came with our rental conked out on our trip back to our sailboat in the harbor of Dewey, Culebra. There was no way we could make it back out to our boat. We tied up the dinghy and headed into town to seek help.... More

There's a guy having some fun ! Rained like hell for a while with a burst of shifty, gusty wind and we still had a ball. Major equipment malfunction, fixed it and carried on. No worries. Beautiful sailing, beautiful hiking, exploring, eating and drinking. The guy's got a lot of nerve charging for this. I suspect he would be doing... More

Went for a nighttime sail with Dan and it was beautiful! Lovely to be out under the stars with no motor, just the sound of the sail flapping in the wind. He also does day trips to Culebrita which friends of mine went on and loved. Highly recommended! More

We spent a week sailing around Culebra but one of our best sails was when we were rescued by Captain Dan. He sailed up to our vessel when the dinghy motor conked out and offered to take us ashore. The wind was blowing and he gracefully glided up to our boat, sailed us into the harbor and docked in Dewey,... More

The wind. sun and sea were all perfectly aligned for us yesterday when we boarded Captain Dan's boat. His skillful navigating allayed any worries I had at the outset and his friendly, easy-going personality added to the comfortable ambiance on boaard as well as during our on shore explorations. Captain Dan knew just where to take us for the maximum... More

Take a trip with Dan. He's smart, knowledgable, and he seems to really love what he does. He has a ton of energy to show his guests around, and he is just so damned enthusiastic about sailing and his adopted home of Culebra!!!! More

Had a great time sailing on a classic wooden sailboat as well as a great tour of Culebreta and snorkeling. Captain Dan is obviously very knowledgeable and careful while still being casual. He really knocks himself out to show you a good time. We enjoyed the first day so much that we made a reservation right away to sail again... More

I am a beginner swimmer and a bit nervous about being on boats, but Captain Dan made me feel very comfortable.....even when we had to get into the water to get to shore. He towed me and all of our gear including our lunch cooler....with a gentle smile that made me comfortable. I went on the "Adventure Hike" with Captain... More
