It's really nice to have dinner at Mamacitas. The tables are on a deck that is next to the water. The menu changes daily and is listed on a board at the front of the restaurant. My husband and I both had seafood and it was super delicious. We had them wrap up dessert to go (peanut butter pie!) which... More

This is what my idea of an island beach bar should be, great view, great food, great drinks, and service. I was surprised how low key it was on a Friday afternoon, but the problems with the ferry service getting over to Culebra might be the reason for it. Dewey was pretty dead for a Friday in Spring when we... More

mamacita's has been in culebra for several years. over the years, it has grown, but the food and the ambience has always remained excellent. the waitstaff and cooks - everyone - is friendly and well-versed on island-lore and where to go. my granddaughter loved the iguanas and fish that can be seen from the deck. those palmas were planted by... This is a fun upbeat and relaxed place to hang out, with boats going by, iguanas soaking in the sun and respectable drinks and food. More

The best Pina Colada (virgin) I had in Puerto Rico. The Veggie Hummus wrap served with Yuca fries was really good. Chicken Nachos were average. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for satiating meal after time at the beach. The price is right and the taste is good. More

we tried mamacita's fearing that it would be a raucus bar full of partying tourists, but found that when you go the bar at 5:30 and dinner at 6, it's a GREAT place to bring little kids for some fantastic food and remarkable service. traveling with young kids is never fun/easy, but mamacita's made us feel welcome and provided us... What a trip saver! On a walk in, great room, great rate, and many new friends. It is the social hub for Culebra. I will be back. By the way, fishing guides should be given free meals and bar. Thanks again for being so friendly and accepting of a traveler. More
