If you want to see cigars made in a pretty environment I can recommend this as a stop in your stay in Granada. They have fluent docents, nice examples of tobacco plants growing and friendly cigar rollers (torcedor) that will let you handle the goods.j However as for a good smoke, I found these cigars to be less than great.... Interesting tour about cigars if you have never seen them made. It only takes 15 minutes but they want to charge you 10 bucks for a cigar. More

For our first day in Grenada we've been to Casa Mombacho. You can see all the tabacco process for making the best cigar n Nicaragua. You can see live the employees working and rolling tabacco and learn a lot from the guide who explain you step by step the real cigar experience: from the plant to the store. After this... More

Very nice location in the heart of Granada. We went to the place 4 different days before they had open. We had a good tour but compared to our tour and the prices at Dona Elba, I would prefer them. More

I had the opportunity to visit Casa Mombacho during my last stay in Granada and I was amazed with the beauty and fine taste of the place! Amazing hospitality, nice walk-in humidor...and that was just the start...it was such an enriching experience to meet the rollers and see them working! I even made my own cigar! But the best was... Traveled to Nicaragua these past 2 weeks as our final trip before the birth of our first child, and stayed in Granada as guests of Casa Mombacho for 3 days. Every single touchpoint of this experience was amazing, from the moment they greet you, to the moment they say goodbye, as we were treated like guests in a beautiful home,... More

Every city in the world should have a Casa Mombacho. The place is colonial 5 star, the cigars are great and the cocktails are amazing. Marcus and Claudio were gracious guests who taught us a lot about making a great premium cigar. If you are a group, have them arrange a roof top dinner at their place! More

Went for a tour at the insistence of a friend I was traveling with. Don't like tours much but decided to give it a try. Went in the afternoon. We met Silvio the manager. He was awesome and gave us a great tour. Everything is still hand rolled and the place has a Spanish villa feel. After the tour, we... More

We stopped in on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The tour (which is free) was lead by a nice guy, with pretty good english and a sense of humor. The tour is small but is informative. The cigars are a bit pricey but they were tasty. More
