The campus is large and interesting, but we spent most of our time at the chapel/museum. The chapel is above and the museum below. There is also a memorial wall outside the museum. We saw some of the best artworks at this museum depicting civil war life. Of course most people are most impressed that they have George Patton's cadet...

I was fortunate enough to get a tour from a cadet. It's a fascinating place with a lot of history, including from the Civil War. The museums are worthwhile. The VMI traditions are rich and colorful.
