If you visit Chincoteague with grade school aged kids or younger, you've gotta get a copy of Misty of Chincoteague to round out the educational experience and then go to the pony show. When we went, it was not crowded. Little ones sit right up near the ring and watch the ponies ride around to music and fanfare. More
