To be truthful, I live here and I should be shot for this review, since the more secluded and uncrowded we are, the better it is. We have two magnificant courses open year-round with some unbelievable scenery and resident wildlife. The food is great at both the Coach House Tavern which is onsite and at Aqua over at the marina....

Nicklaus and Palmer courses are constructed in beautiful surroundings on the eastern shore. Mint conditions and friendly staff. Even in august there where not much people around and thus easy to get a tee time. Highly recommended!

This may be a bit far for some but it is well worth the trip. Nicklaus and Palmer courses are both challenging and visually stunning. The people at Billy Casper who manage the place are top-notch and the facilities as well as the grounds are immaculate.

We returned to Cape Charles July 9-16, 2007. Unfortunately, the airlines lost my luggage so that put a damper on our week there. We rented a duplex, Seahorse, at Bay Creek. Could not have been nicer.
