Land Rovers are the off-reading equivalent to a BMW. Beautifully over-engineered to take whatever you can throw at it. The Land Rover Experience in Manchester offers a full day introduction (along with other options) to just how capable these vehicles are. The full day option includes a morning session on the equivalent of an SUV obstacle course to teach you... More

I gave a one-hour experience to my husband as a birthday present. I have to say it was an excellent choice. Our instructor was Cortland. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the off-roading capabilities of the vehicle as well as the terrain we were about to encounter. He was also witty and had a great sense of humor which... We went up for the Land Rover Owner's Day event. We got to drive our own vehicles for this event. The trails were snow covered, so that was a different experience then we normally would have off roading. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful (and patient).

A very interesting and informative class. While it is clearly is a paid infomercial, I did learn how to drive in diverse terrain. It was Fun.

We loved it!! They actually allowed the kids to come along; which was a plus! It was so much fun! Great instructor, we've actually learned a few things :)

My husband did the 1-hour experience, with me riding in the back. It is definitely something worth doing if you haven't done it before. It's good to have a deep understanding of off road basics. Note that this is not rally-style fast driving. You will be moving at a snails pace (this is how you're suppose to drive over terrain).... More

I did the two hour off-road course at the Land Rover driving school. This was a complimentary offer to me as a new LR4 owner. I really enjoyed and learnt a lot, especially on all that the LR4 is capable off which we do not get to see in normal driving. There were tank-traps, steep inclines, water bodies and narrow... More

This was a really informative fun two hours. Our instructor was so educated on everything about the vehicle but he was really down to earth and funny, making for a really great experience. I was reluctant to drive but after over an hour of my husband driving, I gave it a whirl and really enjoyed it. The instructor made me... More
