It would have been nice to go when there was snow on the ground, but sadly Vermont had a very mild winter. Still, it was a very beautiful day and very fun. I recommend splurging on the longer tour vs. the express. The express is just too short, and leaves you wanting more fun. However, if you are very afraid... More

This is the second zipline experience - the first one being in St. Lucia on our honeymoon. The series of ziplines at Arbortrek are decent in both length and speed attained. The staff was very friendly and informative. I particularly enjoyed the rappelling. More

Our family stumbled across an ArborTrek ad and decided to close our Christmas ski vacation in Stowe with something a little different. WOW! What an amazing experience! We had not read any reviews and only had a few hours before our flight, but all agreed to take a leap of faith....literally. My husband, two teens and I had wonderful experience... More

I have zipped in Vancouver, Central Florida, and Alaska, so my expectations were high. ArborTrek did not disappoint. I went in December when there was snow on the ground. Two of their lines are the longest I've ever done. The view was spectacular - I would love to get back in the fall when the leaves change. The crew was... More

Arriving at Arbortrek, the windy road led to ample parking. Taking the morning tour, the light was perfect. The 2 guides walked us through 'training' and 'equipment use'. I was thankful they were knowledgeable and very careful with their charges as I had never done this before. The van ride to the beginning of the tour was thankfully bit bumpy... More

Was skeptical about a zip line adventure so close to home (45 minutes). Tried one in Cancun that was a blast after reading about it on Trip Advisor, didn't think this could be as good. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong!! Was truly a great day in the foliage of Vermont, with an awesome & exciting trek down the mountainside. The guides were... More

Thsi was the first time my husband and I did a zip line tour and we loved every minute of it! The guides were great (Becca and Christine) and the experience was organized and safe. We were with 2 sisters who had done other zip line tours around the country & they agreed this was the longest tour they had.... More

I'd like to review this place but I didnt get past the front desk. We (a couple) were looking forward to doing this zip line. We read good reviews here and were happy to pay the hefty $109.00 pp. (including tax and 'fees' (whatever they are.) We didnt ring ahead, considering it was low season (Sept) mid week (Tues). We... I am truly sorry that you drove out of your way to visit us and we were not able to serve you. Our business is, however, a reservation-based business. While we can occasionally fit people in to tours that are already staffed but not full, we highly recommend reservations in the summer months, and require reservations Fall through Spring. In... You really must do this if you are in northern Vermont. The operation is totally professional and every effort is made to ensure that safety is the first priority. The guides are absolutely terrific and make the whole experience come alive. There are several zip lines - some shorter and the longest is a thousand feet. There are also two... More
