Their sledding is amazing! You don't even have to carry your own sled up the hill. You just ride up on the rope-line! The staff was friendly and made it a joy to be there! Great family fun! More

Grab a tube and sit in it while a pulley brings you to the top of the hill. Once up top, select one of the several runs down, with varying terrain features. You can ride down alone, or hold on to your friends' tubes and go down as a group. Your purchase enables you to use the lift for two... More

We took a large group, 7 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 2-5 years old) and we all had a blast. Too bad the conditions weren't better, but the staff in the lodge was extremely friendly and accommodating. I can't say the same for the workers on the lift. At the top of the lift, my 2 year old nearly... More

The staff is very sociable and accomodating. The Rossignol equipment is fairly new and maintained very well. They groom the trails several tomes a day when necessary. There is a large great room with a fireplace and tables to sit at and have a snack while catching your breath to do another loop. It is in the foothills of the... More

Who doesn't want to sit on a tube while a pully takes you to the top of a perfectly groomed hill?! It's a beautiful location, great fun for all ages, just a little expensive. More

We went to Soldiers Hollow while the Nordi Ski Junior Olympics were taking place. We didn;t know anyone competing, but the overall atmosphere was great, and you could imagine what it was like in 2002 (when the Olympics held events there). The location is goirgeous and there are lots of non-Olympic actibvities (the tubing is a blast - you ride... More

We had a blast, all 14 of us, tubing at Soldier Hollow on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Since our group was so large we made a reservation, which is highly recommended for large groups. Keep in mind that all of us bundled up for the winter and ended up shedding our coats & gloves because it was so warm! We... More

We visited Soldier Hollow last night. Our children (ages 6 & 9) had a fun time on the tubing hill. Our younger kids (ages 4 & 2) enjoyed the kiddie hill at the bottom of the tubing hill. The lifts unfortunately had problems throughout the night, resulting in less runs than hoped for. None of this really played a role... More

With no snow in SLC this winter, we drove down to Soldier Hollow to tube on some fake snow. Our family had a great time. We got half off on Groupon. We almost had the place to ourselves (4-6pm on a Friday). The slopes were nice and smooth with some fun ups and downs -- even our 4-year-old could go... More

We tubed Soldier Hollow over the Christmas break, and even though Utah doesnt have as much snow as last year, the tube runs were well snow packed. My three kids loved it! (And so did my husband and I). We reserved our spot from 4-6pm. I would think with the warmer weather, the later times would be a bit better... More
