A friend told me I "had to go to Goblin Valley" during a recent vacation in Utah. It ended up being the highlight of a amazing trip. A two hour drive south and west of Moab. Spacious campsites, quiet (no hook-ups, and only one camper chose to fire up his generator for a short time.) Just a mile or two... More

Just back from a couple nights camping at Goblin Valley state park. Nice bath house and shade shelters at every site... weather was pretty windy so that was an unfortunate part of the trip, wind and sand - bad combination! Kids LOVED the goblins, very fun to explore all the rocks, nooks and crannies. We went back at night (full... More

It was awesome to travel through this park. It was fun to travel through the "goblins". More

This was a cool place to go but it is disturbing that people are allowed to climb all over the "mushroom" like rocks. With all that wear, they will be gone in a few years time and that would be a travesty. More

We visited this park on our recent trip to Utah. It was great. There was canyon after canyon of hoodoos. It was such fun to wander around and explore. It started to snow flurry when we arrived, and was sunny and hot when we left a few hours later. I would visit again when in the area. More

We visited here on our honeymoon, you could easily spend days here. We drove up to a main parking spot and did an intermediate 1.5 mile hike around the floor of the canyon (spotting lots of lizards), before heading into the wonderful world of the hoodoos. It's like an adventure playground for kids and adults alike. We all had fun... More

Toadstools, hidden caves, mazes -- roam freely through a garden of carved sandstone shapes -- all sizes. Good for any age, any condition. More

My friend and I camped here at the end of March and we were impressed with the park. We arrived late at night and had to set up camp in the dark so we didn't see much of the park until the next morning when we stepped out of our tent. What a beautiful park! The camp area is small... More

Nice play to take children to play on goblin-like formations. My daughter loved it and was astounded at the scenery. More
